Three tips to avoid a blocked toilet

Don't put too much toilet paper down the bowl

It might look as though it has flushed away, but the drain pipe can catch the paper further down and cause a blockage.

Be careful with plastic in-bowl fresheners

They can fall into the bowl and get stuck in the drain. Use a disinfectant poured into the bowl when cleaning instead.
